As-of recall
As-of recall asks what memory held at a past moment: evidence newer than that moment is left out.

How it works
Send queryTimestamp with a recall. Harny returns the memory as it stood then, with the values that were current then.
Why it matters
- Audits: what did the agent know when it acted?
- Disputes: what was quoted to the customer in May?
- Testing: replay a conversation against the memory as it was.
What is the default?
Now. Without queryTimestamp, recall reads the current memory.
