How a person counts
The count is for a calendar month. Above 500, the first 500 stay free: a month with 50,000 monthly-active end users bills 49,500.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a monthly-active end user?
A person with at least one memory read, one memory write or one recorded agent action in a calendar month. Signing up is not using. Your own use of the Harny console is not your end user's use.
What does a stored user cost?
Nothing. A person who did not use your app this month stays stored and remembered, and costs nothing that month.
Where do I see the real count?
`GET /v1/memory/usage` and the console show the month's count for each app.
